If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by providing the email address that you use to log into your Longboat account.
To reset your password, complete the following steps:
- Access https://app.longboat.com/gateway
- Click ‘Forgotten Password?’
- Enter your email address and click ‘Submit’
- An account unlock email will be sent to your email address. Follow the steps within this email to set up a new account password and security question
If you do not receive the email with instructions to reset your password, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder and you still have not received it, please submit a support request.
TIP: If an email from Longboat has been marked as spam, your IT team should be able to add emails from ‘longboat.com’ to their whitelist to stop Longboat emails being marked as spam in the future
