I need to change my password

To change your password, complete the following steps:

  1. Log into the Longboat portal using your username and password
  2. Click your username and then click ‘My Account’ in the resulting drop-down menu
  3. Click 'Change Password'
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click 'Submit'
