After a number of incorrect login attempts, your Longboat account will automatically lock to ensure it remains secure. You will receive an email with unlock instructions.
To unlock your account, complete the following steps:
- Login to the email account that you use as your Longboat username
- Follow the instructions in the unlock email you have received
If you do not receive the email with instructions to reset your password, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder and you still have not received it, please submit a support request.
TIP: If an email from Longboat has been marked as spam, your IT team should be able to add emails from ‘longboat.com’ to their whitelist to stop Longboat emails being marked as spam in the future.
