After a number of incorrect login attempts, your Longboat account will automatically lock to ensure it remains secure. Once the account is locked, you will receive an email with unlock instructions to your email address.
To unlock your account, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the email account linked to your Longboat Account (TIP: Your username)
- Follow the instructions in the unlock email you have received
- If you do not receive the email with instructions to reset your password, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our Support Team.
TIP: If an email from Longboat has been marked as spam, your IT team should be able to add emails from ‘longboat.com’ to their whitelist to stop Longboat emails being marked as spam in the future.
