Advarra Single Sign-On Login Help

I need to activate my account.

Look for an email from no-reply@advarracloud.com with the title “Advarra product invitation.” Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders or organization-level email filters (e.g. Mimecast). Click the “Create Account” link in the email to activate your account.

 

What information do I need to be able to activate my account?

Advarra Single Sign-On requires only your first name, last name, and email address to set up. No other identification information is necessary.

 

Do I need to create a password for Advarra Single Sign-On? 

If your organization set up a direct login connection to Advarra Single Sign-On, you will use your usual organization username and password to login. You will not be prompted to create a password if this setup is in place for your organization.

If your organization did not set up a direct login connection to Advarra Single Sign-On, you will create a password.

 

My invite email expired.

Please navigate to Longboat, log in, and follow the prompts to generate a new invite email.

Alternatively, you can contact Advarra product support (contact information below) or contact your study administrators and ask them to have a new invite email sent on your behalf.

 

I started my registration but did not complete it. What should I do?

Do I need to accept Terms and Conditions to proceed with login?

Yes, you must accept Terms and Conditions to gain access to your Advarra Single Sign-On applications. You will see the Advarra Terms and Conditions when you first set up your Advarra SSO account and when updates are made to the Terms and Conditions. If you have concerns with accepting the Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to reach out to your organization's IT or legal team. Terms and Conditions are the same across the Advarra community. Your organization's IT or legal team can contact Advarra with any questions.

 

I've forgotten my password.

If your organization set up a direct login connection to Advarra Single Sign-On, contact your organization's IT support.

Please note: Advarra cannot update your password if you use your organization's credentials.

If your organization did not set up a direct login connection to Advarra Single Sign-On, contact Advarra product support (contact information below), or contact your study administrators and ask them to have your password reset.

 

I need to unlock my account.
