Your study team will give you a Portal Pass, which contains temporary credentials to allow you to register for the Longboat Patient Portal and create your account. To create your account, go to www.longboat.com/register and enter the details provided on your Portal Pass. You will then be asked to create a username (your email address) and a password for your account. Once you have registered and created your account, you no longer need the Portal Pass. You can then access the Patient Portal any time by visiting app.longboat.com/gateway and using your email address and password that you selected during registration to log in. If you have not received a Portal Pass, please contact your study team and they will provide one to you.
